Edible ‘Sunshine’ Flower Petal Mix 5g

Our Edible Flower Petals are most often used in baking and add the wow factor when used for cake decoration.

A bright blend of Magenta Rose, Blue Cornflower, Yellow and Orange Marigold dried edible food grade petals.

Add a sprinkle of petals to your gin and tonic or cocktails. Make magical ice cubes with the petals inside – Top tip, boil your water first and let it go cold, then freeze to stop the ice cube going cloudy.

Alternatively, try using on salads or soft cheese to add a really different pop of colour and texture

Also try adding a sprinkle in your cocktails, mocktails, shakes or hot drinks.
